Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the LO Network, the member directory run by Leadership Orange. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can join
The LO Network is for graduates of Leadership Orange programs, people who live or work in or around Orange County, NY, and leaders invited by Leadership Orange or a network sponsor. You must be at least 18 to join.
Every new profile is reviewed by a person on our team before it appears in the directory. We may decline a profile that doesn't meet the community guidelines.
Your account
- One account per person, in your real name. Accounts for businesses or groups aren't allowed.
- You sign in with a link we email you. There is no password. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
- Keep your email address current so sign-in links and receipts reach you.
Your profile and messages
You own what you post: your profile, photo and messages. You give Leadership Orange permission to show it in the network, as your visibility settings allow, for as long as your account is open.
Everything you post must follow the community guidelines. In short: be yourself, keep it professional, no selling or fundraising, and respect other members' privacy.
Paid membership
Membership is free while the network launches. When paid membership starts:
- Membership is $60 a year, charged on your join date.
- It renews each year until you cancel. We email you before each renewal.
- Cancel anytime from your account. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
- Leadership Orange alumni and members with a sponsored seat are free.
Refunds are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.
Suspension and closing accounts
We may hide or suspend a profile for harassment, spam, impersonation or repeated problems. We contact you before anything is removed, and you can reply to ask about it.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Disclaimers
The LO Network helps members find each other. We don't check every detail members share, and we aren't responsible for what members say or agree to between themselves. The network is provided as is, and we can't promise it will always be available.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we will email members and update the date at the top of this page at least 30 days before it takes effect.
