Privacy policy
What the LO Network collects about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what the network needs to work.
What we collect
- Profile: your name, photo, job title, company, city, industry, bio, skills, links and Leadership Orange program.
- Contact details: your email, and any phone number or website you choose to add.
- Messages: the messages you send and receive in the network.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see your name, the card brand and last four digits, and your receipts. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To show your profile in the directory and let members reach you.
- To review profiles against the community guidelines.
- To send sign-in links, receipts, review decisions and important account emails.
- To keep the network safe, including looking into reports.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
What is public and what is members-only
Your name, photo, job title, company and city appear in the directory. You choose whether your email, phone and website show on your profile, and whether they are visible to everyone or to signed-in members only. Change this anytime in your profile.
Messages are private between you and the people in the conversation. Our team reads them only when a member reports a conversation.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information while your account is open. You can download a copy or delete your account at any time from your account settings. Your profile leaves the directory right away, and we delete your data within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
